Egress Doors

Repair & Maintain Existing Egress Doors

We service and perform compliant testing of any doors required under AS1851-2012. Any defects that are identified can be repaired or upgraded in accordance with NCC Section D: ACCESS AND EGRESS, using certified hardware and materials as required to bring the door back to compliance and working order.

Path of Egress Inspection

According to AS1851-2012, the path of egress should be inspected and tested at least once per year as part of the evacuation route. This is to ensure compliance to Section 14, emergency planning in facilities. Part of this inspection is to make sure all the doors (fire doors or not) in the egress path are working correctly and have compliant hardware.
